I remember a long time ago Applebee's had this great dessert called the Fiesta fried cheesecake; for someone who is not a pastries lover, I could not get enough of it.
I have suddenly been craving some fried cheesecake, I called the cheesecake factory but they said they don't make fried cheesecake, stupid name for a restaurant if they don't make different kinds of cheesecake...anyway, I will find a spot and report my tastings :)
